Membership Committee
The Membership Committee is happy to welcome some new members. We will be meeting the 4th Sunday of each month after service at noon. Bring your brown bag lunch and ideas and we will start planning the calendar for next year!
Starting in September, please join us for our Second Saturday Social at Six o’clock! We will be looking for people to host each month. Hosting will include letting Therese know if you have a theme (theme not required), helping to set up at 5:30 and doing clean up at the end. If we each took one month, the work load would be so much lighter.
Coffee hour will be held in Streeter Hall for the summer. We will do a “stone soup” model where if you come, please bring something to share. Gregg Harry will be signing people up to “host” coffee hour. This will include making coffee, set up and clean up.
On June 14th we will be having our annual summer service at 9:30 AM at West Hill Dam. After the service you will be able to play volleyball, cook out on the grill and have a grand old time. The church will b providing hot dogs and rolls, you are more than to bring whatever you would like. There is a small fee to get into the dam. For those who have not been there, directions will be emailed out to everyone. If it is raining on this day we will retreat to the wonderful confines of our church. Al Spittler, Chair
